We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your case, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different design within 30 days of delivery.
Do your cases support wireless charging?
Yes! All Casely phone cases are designed to be compatible with Qi-standard wireless chargers. Our MagSafe-compatible collection also features built-in magnets for a seamless charging experience.
How much protection do your cases provide?
We offer two levels of protection: our Classic cases provide sleek, everyday scratch resistance, while our Bold collection features military-grade drop protection with shock-absorbing air pockets.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Casely product comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If your case breaks or malfunctions, we will replace it free of charge.
